JMC Automation, founded in 2020, has quickly amassed a portfolio of automation projects, with a focus on single-purpose machines, laser systems, and conveyor lines to name a few. As the driving force of JMC Automation, I have a rich decade-long background in the Oil & Gas and other on- and off-shore industries. My journey includes an eight-year stint as a Control System Engineer at Huisman s.r.o., where I was engrossed in automating drilling rig processes, architecting innovative software solutions, and assisting in the commissioning and initial machine operation testing. Now, as the spearhead of JMC Automation, I am passionately committed to surmounting technical challenges and propelling innovation within the automation industry.

Logistics

Conveyer line control software.

The new segment of the conveyor line has been completed and integrated with the previously finished line in 2021. We have added 249 meters of conveyor, equipped with 279 motors and over 300 sensors, all of which presented challenging software requirements. Our software enables the tracking of box data across the entire line without any loss of information, on SCADA it gives a general overview of line statuses, box data and carrier information. To optimize space efficiency, we have utilized zero-pressure accumulation in certain areas and contact accumulation in picking zones.
